Fixing the Phaeton

We had planned to go to the Anasazi Heritage Center and Yucca House National Monument today but  Dirk was still having trouble with his slide so Ted went to help. Space under the coach was at a premium and Ted was a little more flexible of the two so he was a big help. Between them, they figured out what to do and it was a little after noon when they were finally able to get it to go in and to go in evenly. In the meantime, I did a couple loads of laundry and Katie and I sat in the shade and "supervised". When the guys were finished, they invited us out for lunch. We followed them and went to a Mexican restaurant they had been to for lunch just the day before. Great food, great conversation and great people.

When we got back to the campground, it was too late to really do anything so we caught up on our blog. About 4:30 Frank came over and said it was happy hour. We went out and had drinks in the shade of our coach and then went to a brew pub with them. Again, great food, great conversation and great people.
